Event Description:
sign-up will be held for residents of:
City of Lynchburg, Campbell County, Bedford County,
Amherst County, Appomattox County & Nelson County
The following documentation is required
at the time of sign-up
Valid Photo ID (Drivers license, DV ID, Picture ID or Passport)
Social Security cards for every member in the household
Birth Certificates for all children ages 12 & under
Proof of total household income
(Payroll check, social security, child support, etc.)
Proof of expenses (Utility bills, rent receipts, etc.)
Children's clothing, underwear, & shoe sizes
If you are missing any of the above mentioned documentation, you will be
asked to return with the correct information during the normal sign-up dates and times. There will be NO Exceptions, so please come prepared.
Program is for children up to the age of 12,
