Please join the Bedford Area Chamber of Commerce as they host a Ribbon Cutting for the Lutheran Family Services of VA Cottage Homes for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. There will be an Open House from 3-5pm with the Ribbon Cutting and Blessing of the Home taking place at 3:30pm.
