Chef David has created extraordinary monthly Vintner Dinners for our winter season! March's Vintner Dinner features pairings from Chateau Morrisette Winery, and includes: Braised Pork Belly with Cheddar Grits, Spring Spinach Salad, Rosemary Crusted Lamb Chops & Pesto Crusted Breast of Chicken, and Honeyed Panna Cotta with Dried Figs & Sauternes! 

Package rate includes: room accommodations, Saturday evening 4-course vintner dinner with wine pairings, a Peaks signature wine glass, breakfast the following morning, and meal gratuities.

Dinner only rate available for $110 per person. Reservations for dinner only must be made by phone, and cannot be booked online. Please specify if booking the overnight package or dinner only when making your reservation.
