Event Description:
This year is the 150th Anniversary of the Emancipation and the focus for this celebration for the whole family. We will have living history guild reenactments and local gospel music including John P. Key & New Life. We will also have children's activities. Bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy the music. Food vendors will be available for food purchases. The celebration is held at the Booker T. Washington National Monument. Free Event!
