Each month we offer a $7 Community Class. October, join us every Tuesday from 4:30-5:30 for this $7 class to honor and recognize ALL teachers.  This class if for the newer student and seasoned practitioner and every BODY in between. We have everthing you will need to attend a class, so just show up and come see our beautiful, fun, fully stocked yoga studio right in Bedford. We even have a place for you to change your clothes.  Check out our website for other opportunities to connect to your community! Everyone is WELCOME at the Bedford Yoga Center.
